Nowadays, people argue that the government should spend more money on new accommodations and road development rather than on restoring old buildings. I completely disagree with this, and I think that money should be spent equally on restoring old buildings and developing new housing and roads.
First of all, old buildings are an important part of the city, which represents the cultural heritage of the country. Old buildings show the cultural identity of the city, as they have been keeping history alive. It is also noteworthy that such buildings can develop social knowledge about the history of the town and country, as they have been built years ago. Restoring such buildings can increase awwarness about places, encouraging their attendance. Thus, goverment should spend more money on restoring of old buildings
However, it does not mean that goverment should forget about new housing and road development. Building of new accomadations, entertaiming facilities and bettering the road system lead to development of the infrastraction, which is a key factor that affects the city’s overall development .This tendency can increase the convinience of residens of the city, as they could have more developed life conditions. For example, brand new accomadations with all necessary tools, modernized transport systems and roads.
In conclution, I completly disagree with opinion that goverment should spend less money on restoring of old building. I believe, restoring of old buildings and new housing and road development should be financed evenly.
