The process illustrates the production of cheese. Overall, there are four main stages involved in this process, starting with a purification, cutting , heating with draining, and fermentation. Also, the process is a complex one, which requires a long time to complete.
The first stage of the process describes how raw milk is disinfected to ensure it is free from harmful microorganisms. Once purified, the milk curds are formed due to solid curds, this is followed by cutting these curds into smaller pieces. Subsequently, pieces are heated, and excess liquid is drained. The curds are then salted to enhance flavor and preserve the cheese. After this, the cheese is molded into the desired shape.
The next stage reflects a fermentation process, the shaped cheese is left to ferment for two months. Once matured the cheese is packaged for distribution. Finally , the packaged cheese is delivered to stores for sales.
