On one hand, many believe that shopping has positive effects, while on the other hand, some argue that it is a waste of time. In today’s world, Generation Z is particularly advanced compared to previous generations. However, the world seems to be growing increasingly dark.
New clothes or accessories often provide a fleeting sense of peace to individuals struggling with their mental health. For many, wandering around stores and exploring brands has become a favored pastime, as it offers an opportunity to socialize and think quickly with friends. However, unnecessary spending can lead to negative economic consequences.
Purchasing items beyond one’s financial means can push individuals into depression, especially when they struggle to manage their financial obligations after overspending on shopping. In summary, I believe that social media has fostered an intense search for popularity. We often find ourselves investing in our individual status and societal acceptance.
Instead of succumbing to the temptation of excessive shopping, we should prioritize spending quality time in nature with our family. This can foster a sense of calmness and fulfillment that material possessions cannot provide.
