Overall, it is obvious that initially, using phone was the most popular means of the process, also it was followed by using paper documents and meeting that aimed for average consumers compared to other activities. Meanwhile, face-to-face communication and the other activities showed noticeable percentages, yet the time that was spent on computer was pretty low. By 2000 noted numbers had changed a lot with the expand of computer usage and dropping of phone. However, throughout the mentioned first during two decades, face-to-face communication and other activities remained the same, while paper documents, email and meeting took lower places.
