Overall, transporting of goods in UK slightly increased during this period. The roads has greatest growth,but other transport modes also rose.
According to the graph, roads was same aproximately all time, but it has jumped from 1994 and transported about 100 million tones of goods. The second growed way was water,it had a great and stable growth from 1978 to 1994,in this period it deliveried 60 million tones every year, after it had a dip in the 1998.
