Overall, while there is an upward trend for only Japan ,both two countries Brazil and Luxembourg witnessed a gradual fall in the percentages of teachers those aged under 30.Also the evident is the fact that ,there was a moderate fluctuation in the figure for Czech Republic.
To begin with ,in 2010, the percentages of teachers below 30 years of age living in Brazil was by far the highest ,with roughly 20% ,followed by a moderate decline throughout the course ,reaching a level of 14% in the end. Meanwhile although Luxembourg commenced at nearly 18% ranking second ,it scored the lowest teachers under 30 years old at the close of the time frame, with just about 10%.
In contrast, whilst Japan and Czech Republic were the smallest proportion secondary school teachers under 30 , each with close to 9% and 5% in 2010, respectively .Notably ,Japan experienced a sharp rise in over the duration ,surpassed Brazil and Luxembourg to hit the peak of the percentage , at about 15,1% in 2017.Also almost staying unchanged ,Czech Republic reached a level of 6% in the end.
