Third and four group (Highest) increase the access to internet from about four fifths to just over 80% and near seven out of ten to just under eighty percent for each groups respectively. For the first year, the minimum value was approximately 70% and the maximum near nine out of ten.
The first two groups correspond to the lowest and second incomes, this shows that the trend remains the same with a moderate increase between years. However, the values are lowest compared to people who have more financial resources. The percentages varies for the first group between just under two fifth to near 50% and for the second across just under 60% to just under a seven out of ten.
