The bar graph given quantifies, in percentages, people of three different age groups- 18-40, 41-60 and 60 plus- and their frequency of exercise. Overall, we can see more percentage of people in ‘Multiple times per week’ and ‘Weekly’ category while the rest being divided in other categories of frequency.
Most of the people are divided in ‘Multiple Times per Week’ and ‘Weekly’ category. In ‘Multiple times per week’, we have the highest percentage of people from the ’18-40′ age group category, 40%, and from ’41-60′ age group category, 35%, and a moderate 20% of people from ’60 plus ‘ age group. Further in the ‘Weekly’ category, we have 20% of people from the ’18-40′ age group, 25% from ’41-60′ age group, and then the highest percentage of people from ’60 plus ‘ age group category, 40%.
Remaining percentage of people are divided in other 4 categories. In the ‘Daily’ category, we have only 5% of people from ’41-60′ age group and 2.5% from ’60 plus ‘ age group, the least percentage of both age groups in any category, and only 10% of people from ’18-40’ age group. Furthermore, the remaining 3 categories ‘Once or twice a month’, ‘A few times a year’ and ‘Never’ reveal balanced engagement with 10%, 10% and 15% from ’41-60′ age group, 12.5%, 15% and 5% form ’60 plus ‘ age group and 15%, 5% and 10% from ’18-50’ age group respectively.
