The given chart shows the percentage of internet users, divided by age groups in Canada who shopped online in 2014 and 2018. At a first glance, in 2018, most citizen in Canada did shopping online a lot than in 2014. Overall, the gaps between both of years were less than 10%.
In general, the internet users in 2014 had constantly decreased from age to age. In 26-35 had 31%, 35-45 had 27%, 45-55 had 22%, 55-65 had 11% and the last 65+ had 6%. However there was an increase from 15-25 to 26-35 age groups with just over 10%.
Meanwhile in 2018, it was noticeably increased rather than in 2014. For specific, it was drastically increased from the beginning age which 15-25 had 24%, 26-35 had 34% and 35-45 had 38%. People with 35-45 age group had the highest consumed at shopping online with about 38% users. Besides, there were significantly decreased from 35-45 to 65+ which had 38%, 27%, 17%, and 11% respectively. The elder group at 65+ had the lowest users.
