The chart illustrates the findings of the research of businessmen about five different manners that contribute to proficient managers in separate three years: 2010, 2015 and 2020. According to the importance, different factors are rated from one to five.
Overall, with expectation of remarkable increases of rated marks of empathy and vision in the three-year period, the figures of responsibility and transparency exhibited significant fluctuations while the data of good communication can be witnessed an upward trend in the last year surveyed. Simultaneously, responsibility was rated as the most important factor with high scores in all three years surveyed, while empathy was not given a positive response.
Looking first at responsibility, it is apparent that it was rated five out of five,the highest level of importance on defining good managers in 2010, the figure then showed a slight decline in score from five to four in 2015 before exceeding 2010 numbers again in 2020. In contrast, transparency’s rating of its importance on making administrators proficient in their jobs showed three out of five in 2010 and then witnessed a minor increase by one point in the next five years. Afterwards, it declined from four to its starting point in 2020.
By comparison, it is noticeable that the pattern of good communication was ranked four out of five and it remained stable in the first ten years before culminating at five marks, the highest one in 2020. Additionally, the data of empathy and vision witnessed a year-over-year increase. In 2010, respondents rated empathy and vision one and two out of five, respectively. Five years later, the rating of both these manners’ importance on making directors skilled on their works reached three marks and then peaked at five points in 2020.
