The diagram depicts the performance of sugar by a German company. Overall, the process is man-made and there are eight stages, beginning with harvesting and ending with packaging, leading to the final delivery.
Initially, the production begins with the harvesting of sugarcane in tropical regions. Next, the harvested sugarcane is sent to a crusher, where juice is extracted from the plant material. Following this, the extracted juice undergoes partial filtration, which helps separate raw sweet from impurities.
Then, the raw sugar is shipped to Germany for further processing. In Germany, the raw sugar is melted and filtered to undergo complete purification, removing any remaining impurities.
Subsequently, the purified boodle solution is then crystallised to form sugar crystals. Afterwards, the carbohydrate crystals are dried to remove excess moisture.
Ultimately, the dried sugar is packaged into bags for distribution. Finally, the packaged product is delivered to supermarkets and restaurants for consumer use.
