The pictures below illustrate the alterations took place in the interior of a school library over a half of a decade.
Overall, what stands out from these maps is that the library is modernized and the number of amenities for students increased over the past 5 years.
Focusing on key changes in the heart of that library, we can see that the number of studying tables raised from 4 to 6 and these tables are private now. Moreover, desks that are allocated to the students’ laptops are built in the south part of the library, coming at the expanse of book shelves, but there are still book shelves situated in the north part of the library. In the north-east part of the library, there was used to be desks for computers, but now these desks are used for students’ laptops.
There were used to be a classroom, meeting room and borrowing and returning desk (for books) in the south-west part of the library 5 years ago. However, the classroom was converted into a recording studio in a smaller size, and the size of the room that used for meetings was reduced too, but currently, it is used for the same purpose. Additionally, the borrowing and returning desk is separated. Another key change in the south-east part of the library is that the library office is converted into a conference room.
