The figure compares answers of undergraduate and postgraduate students to a survey about a university library. The data is divided into two categories, namely range of books and non-printed material. Overall, the lowest fraction of unsatisfied students was observed for postgraduate students, when asked about the range of books, and the most satisfied were undergraduate students in terms of non-printed material.
Postgraduate students were more pleased with the book range compared to undergraduate students. Only 12% of the former complained about the available materials, whereas the percentage is almost double for the later, at 22%. A majority of postgraduate students described their experience as very good and a half of undergraduate students were just satisfied.
On the other hand, non-printed material followed an opposing pattern compared to the previous category. The percentage of unsatisfied opinions for both student groups was almost identical, about a quarter. Undergraduate students had almost twice of proportion of people with a very good opinion than postgraduate students, at 52% and 27%, respectively. However, there were also almost twice as many just satisfied postgraduate than undergraduate students.
