We can see, internet is mostly surf in the home in which the graph is fluctuated which is 55 percent in the 1998, and gradually decrease to little less than 50% in 2000, and then start increasing (50% in 2002 and 53% in 2004). The next most common place where internet is use is office, which is 48 percent and same in 1998 and 2000, and then start decreasing in next years, and reach its lowest in 2004, which is quarter of the proportion. In college, the usage of the internet is fluctuated, and approximately 18% to 25% people use internet in college. The least usage of internet is in library, which is fluctuated between 12 to 18 percent in given four years.
Overall, we can see that place where the internet is mostly surf is home, which is above than half, and least usage of internet is in library which is 12%.
