The pictures illustrate the process of producing coffee using dry method. Overall, it is clear that the process comprises 12 stages, from sorting beans by hand to packing and selling coffee.
First of all, picked coffee beans are sorted by hand. Then, after cleaning with the sieve, they are dried in sun for 4 weeks. Later, dried coffee beans are raked and turned by farmer and stored in silo. Next, they are loaded onto truck whereby they are sent to mill.
At the mill, beans undergo hulling process, after which they are graded. After grading stage, coffee beans are bagged in sacks and sold on the market. Purchased beans are, then, roasted utilizing special machine in order to be ready for packing. At the end, packed coffee beans are ready to be sold at shops
