Initially, beans are collected and sorted using a manual method with hands. After this, they are cleaned by sieve and exposed to sun for 4 weeks. At this point, farmers rake and turn so they dry well and store them in silos. Next, beans are sent to mill.
Once they have been sent to mill, they undergone a process of hulling which is done by human workers. Then, beans are graded before being bagged. Following this process, beans are ready to be sold to large stores where they are roasted using a machinery. Finally, they can be packed and sold to customers.
