The line graph below illustrates popularity of hit songs between 1950 and 1999.

Overall, reknown of Rock before to go down experienced significantly climbing up to the peak, while Jazz have on the contrary. Additionally Hip Hop didn’t have any decreases.

In the years 1950 and 1959 Rock’s popularity started to rise dramatically from 50 to 400 in 1970-1979, which was the highest indication. After that populariy of Rock gradually fell down from 400 to 250 in 1990-1999. Similarly, Jazz decreased from 200 in 1950-1959 to around 48 in 1980-1989. After happening declines, it consistently rised to 155 in 1990-1999. At the firs time Hip hop didnt have any changes in ten years 1950-1959 and 1960-1969, after they slightly improve from 0 to about 20 in 1970-1979. Then from 1979 started to climbing up to 300 in 1990-1999 without any declines.
