The plans show an industrial area in the city of Norbiton, and the project of future development of the territory. Generally there are some serious changes expected to be made in future, in which the town will not have factories at all, and will be more oriented for housing.
While analyzing two versions of the map, we can see quite a significant improvement. Firstly, if we start looking from the north, we can see a new bridge over the river, that may potentially be use as another entrance to the area from other parts of the city. The bridge will cover the current placement of farmland, which will be moved to the east.
The main change on this part of the town will be a replace of factory by housing. This will have a positive impact on ecological situation of Norbiton and make it more of a quiet place, considering how annoyingly loud factories may be, if you live close to them. Some facilities are going to be built as well: a playground for children to play; a school for the same children to study; the medical center which is important to have in a residential area and shops as well.
In conclusion, the industrial area of Norbiton is going to go through a big transformation to a residential area, that will meet all needs and be well suited for the population to peacefully reside there.
