First of all, the current version of this city shows a main road between the countryside and the housing area, and there are some shopping stores around that.
To looking more closely at the map predicted the development of the city, a lot of modifications has planned for future, which there are a huge amount of changes. As it can be seen from the picture, the main road substitute with a dual carriageway of oval shaped and all of other spaces include in the center of this area. Additionally, it is obvious that the countryside was removed from the plan and some new houses are added. Due to the increase in population of living in the extra houses, the school will be bigger than in the past. Furthermore, the former shopping stores transformed to a bigger shopping mall with a dedicated car park ,and the park space has changed to a smaller than.
In conclusion, it is predicted a lot of modifications between the actual town centre and the planned development version. On the one hand, the shape of this town has a change in formation. On the other hand, the spaces of some buildings are changed. For instance, some of them like as housing area will be added more, but some of them such as countryside will be completely disappeared or reduced like as park space.
