Dear Mr and Mrs Asif,

I hope this message finds you well. I hope you all are great. First of all, I am very excited to heard about the surprise birthday party that you going to arrange for Chirs. He has busy for two years. I am quite sure that he will appriciate. Chirs will be very happy to see surprise because he always gives surprise to others during their special events and he wil enjoy with other friends and relatives.

But, I apologize for being out of the country. I am at my birth place. I have been visited my grandparents. So, I am not be able to attend the birthday party.

I last saw Chris two months ago, I am will come back to home after one week of the event and have dinner together. In addition, I will bring a unique gift for Chris.
