These pictures illustrate how brick blocks are produced. There are 7 stages in the diagram, from digging the clay to delivering bricks into the hardware stores.
The first step that the digger digs the clay from the ground to put it into the roller where workers add a metal grid, and then they put sand and water into the substance. Once the sand and water have added, they start to wire the cutter or mould it to give a form of rectangle.
The next step os that, they put the forms of bricks into the oven where they need to drying for 24 to 48 hours to make the liquid to be frozen up. After the drying process has ended, people begin to kiln it in the moderate temparture which gets from 200 degrees Celsius to 980, then they make the temparture higher to 870 – 1300 degrees Celsius. At this point, cooling chamber process have begun which lasts for 48 to 72 hours. Next, the packaging have started. The final step is that the packed blocks of bricks put into the truck which delivers in into the stores or buidling sites.
