The diagram illustrates an outline of the step involved in brick fabrication.
Generally the process can be divided into 7 steps, beginning with extraction of primary product and concluding with the delivery of prepared material.
The illustration describes that the clay is extracted by digger, filtering raw material through a metal grid and transporting pure mineral by roller. After that, bricks are produced in two different techniques from a mixture of clay, sand and water. First technique is cutting mixture mass with wire to carve bricks, while second method imply sculpting bricks by using moulds.
Following this, bricks are curing in drying oven during 1-2 days. It is interesting to note that, dried blocks had 2 backing stages which start from moderate temperature phase which reaches 200-980*C, continuing high heat phase by 870-1300*C in kiln. Then backed product is cooled off in cooling chamber over the period 48-72 hours. Finally, after being packed, the completed bricks are delivered.
