The table illustrates the information about the various services scored by the sick people from three different centres of health consisting of Longston Centre, Peveril Centre and Marchbank Centre.The ranging of scores were between one to ten by one was very poor and ten was exellent.
According to the table, it can be seen that the highest overall average score was Peveril Centre with 8.3 points, however Longston Centre got 5.8 points which is the lowest score from the patients.
In Longston Centre, it is clear that Doctor’s service got the strongest rating with 8 points while the poorest rating score was just 4.3 which was response to concerns service.
In Marchbank Centre the highest point still was Doctor’s service however Pharmacy service got the least point with only 5.8
Lastly, The most strongest average rating, Peveril Centre got the greatest score in Response to concerns at 9.6 and got the lowest at 6.3 in Pharmacy service.
