The given table illustrates that the average amount of money in US dollars spent per month on different categories of goods by people in four different age groups in 2020. While the pie-chart depicts the percentage of total spendings on different categories of goods by all age group.
Overall, it is clearly evident that old age people has a highest rate of spendings on food, whereas all age group people are showed less interest on education. Similarily, food is accounted as highest proportion among all age group and education faces a lowest proportion.
To begin with, the old age people (46-55) had commenced highest spendings on the food with $482. While, 36-45 age group members are experienced second highest spendings on food with $412. However, education and health sector contributed lowest spendings in all age group.
According to the results, most of the age groups are showed interest on food sector, which is recorded highest proportion at 40%. Followed by the clothing sector is shared second highest proportion with 20%. Whereas, both entertainment and health sectors are equally shared their annual spendings by just 15%. As usual least percentage of people over all ages spent less money on education with 10%.
