The table illustrates the proportion of patients pleased with service -staff, waiting time, treatment and aftercare service – of three given hospitals. Overall, it is readily apparent that the bigger share of people enjoyed the waiting time and staff of hospital C. However, in terms of treatment and aftercare service hospital A recorded at the highest proportion, while the hospital C had the lowest amount in each category, except for the waiting time, where it stood at 2nd place.
Regarding the hospital A, it was the first in the terms of treatment and aftercare service. Starting with hospital staff, the percentage of people who liked it was at 74%, putting it on the second place in these terms. Even though the proportion of people pleased with waiting time was the lowest (46%), the biggest figure liked the treatment there (85%). The aftercare service also accounted for the highest percentage of people, as 83% of patients enjoyed it.
As for the hospital C, it is notable that significant share of patients liked all the services, as more than 80% of patients were pleased by each provided category. In terms of hospital staff, they had the biggest proportion, with 81% of people that were pleased. Likewise, the waiting time also recorded the highest results at 92%. In terms of treatment, however, a bit less amount of people (84%) liked it in the hospital C, opposed to 85% in hospital A. This was identical for aftercare service in hospital C, as proportion of patients pleased with it was less than in the hospital A, with percentage of 82%, compared to 83%.
Unlike for aforementioned hospitals, the situation for hospital B was different. Regarding hospital staff, the least share of patients liked it (38%). The same was true for treatment and aftercare service, with respective proportions of 68% and 70%. However, the share of people pleased with waiting time stood at 2nd place, as 53% of patients in hospital B enjoyed it.
