The two tables illustrate the outcomes of 2 surveys done in 1980 and 2010 based on residents opinions on six aspects on city life.Data was mesured with percentage and devided on three aspects Good ,neither good nor bad and bad.
Overall,most of aspets received from citizens was good.although sevrale showed notable changes over time.Education and healthcare are the strongest sectors,while transport receive consistently the lowest mark.
In 1980, healthcare received the highest proportion of “good” responses at 82%, followed by education and the environment, both at 72%. Shops and employment were also viewed positively by more than 60% of residents. In contrast, transport had the weakest perception, with just over half rating it positively and nearly a third rating it as bad.
By 2010, educatin show a remarquable improvement , riing up to 82% “good”, making it the best-rated aspect. Employment also improved from 62% to 72%. However, healthcare experienced a decline in satisfaction, dropping from 82% to 74%, and the environment showed a slight decrease from 72% to 71%. Shops remained relatively stable, with only a small fall from 64% to 60%. Transport continued to be the most criticized service, with the percentage of “good” ratings decreasing further to 39% and “bad” responses increasing from 32% to 38%.
In summary, while education and employment improved significently over the 30-year period, transport worsened and became an even more pressing concern for residents.
