The tables illustrate the outcomes of the study in two years (1980 and 2010) on different aspects of life living in a one-city, including (education, healthcare, environment, shops, employment, and transport). Units are measured in percentage
overall, the results reveal in three categories (Good, Neither good Nor bad, and Bad). In 1980, the percentage of
satisfaction was more than nonsatisfaction, where all aspects recorded more than half per cent, and The healthcare sector had the highest proportion, and then both education and the environment had a good ratio in the second rank. However, in 2010, all aspects had more than half per cent except the transport sector had the lowest ratio of satisfaction.
All education, healthcare, and environmental aspects recorded a good ratio of more than 50% in two years. Healthcare was the highest percentage in 1980, reaching 72% and in the second rank both education and environment witnessed 27%, while in 2010, the education sector had a peak point, at 84%, and 74% for healthcare, then 71% for the environmental sector.
In 2010, the bad category increased in all aspects, but it remained under 20%, except in the employment and transport major, receiving (23%, and 38%) respectively for nonsatisfaction. Meanwhile, the shop services ratio for citizens was Neither good Nor bad, to receive 24% in both years.
