I am disappointed that even after a week, the radio is not yet ready. When I handed it in, your representative assured me that it would only take 3 days for the repairs as there were no major issues. This radio was a special purchase for my elderly father who enjoys listening to old songs on it daily as it is his primary source of entertainment.
I had trusted in your customer support assurances when I made the initial purchase, but the delay in the repair process has left me feeling let down. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the repair has taken longer than promised.
I kindly request that you prioritize the repair of the radio and have it ready for collection by tomorrow. If this is not feasible, I will have no choice but to utilize my warranty and request a replacement radio from your shop.
