Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been, satisfied customer of yours,a year. But recently,I was unhappy to your connection. The internet is too slow and not work properly.
I actually informed your company via phone call and made a complain. But no response receive. He only attend all kindly arrange an engineer that will help me to solve my network problem and start internet smoothly.
I would request you to solve my issue I face this issue since last 2 months. No one came my home to solve this issue. Furthermore I have not receive your advertised and customer service,last 2 month that’s cost around 100.89 pound. My humble request you to please deduct this payment from my bill and give me some Concession in future bills.
I hope you understand my situation/problem.so please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
