Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mario Senieor residing at 95 Toulon crescent, london Ontario would like to draw your attention towards the damaged road infront of my house. I’ve been staying here for last 3 years and never faced such an issue. I regret to inform you that the condition of the road is the same past couple of weeks. It has turned out to be that no one is concerned about the housing community and non have shown up to resolve the issue after the electrical line work was done.

At late nights we do not have any streetlights around here and eventually, everyone have their car bumped into these potholes. I would like to request you to please arrange a visit from the concerned department to look over the condition and get the road repaired as we have many elderly members in our neighbourhood.
