Dear Manuella,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my disappointment with your dog. I love your German Shepard; however, I have a big issue with the excrement. We are living in the incredible nature of Napsbury Park, where a plethora of children can play outside. My toddlers have started to walk and crawl. I cannot go with them around our block because everywhere is the poo from your dog, which we have brought them home after our visit.
I would like to kindly propose you use the bag for picking up this disgusting stuff. Moreover, excrement can be full of harmful microorganisms, which could be dangerous for our neighbourhood. At the end of the route is the bin, where people weekly collect these samples.
If you do not make any effort, I will contact the St. Albans Council immediately. Moreover, I will complain to the Home Town, which included in our contract that pets and animals are banned to keep in their house.
Thank you very much for considering my complaint. I hope you will take immediate action in this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Nikoleta Lukacova
