Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to get some information on a missing bag at London airport. I was traveling on 19 March,2024 from Germany to London with 2 luggages and the flight number is N987, seat B33. After we arrived to the London airport there was only one bag out of two on the conveyer belt, I never received my second bag.

I was in a hurry, because I had to attended something important at my university, However, I need that bag as early convenient as possible. I had some very important documents and some of my books in that luggage. Moreover majority of my clothes are also in that same luggage, luckily I had packed some of the essentials in my cabin bag.

It would be very helpful if you can please get some information for my luggage and I am attaching my address to mail it at your earliest convenience. Since the airport has lost the bag, I am expecting you to give me some refund or some discount for my next booking, for all the issue I had to face.
