Dear Mr. Justin and Mrs Justin,
I am Kalyani Kutty, who was residing in your King George’s apartment from the last six months. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the furniture, which was provided by you.
There was certain furniture which was supplied by you at the time of the agreement. But most of the furniture was not able to use. The locks of the cupboards were not working properly, so we are not able to keep our valuable items in the home. In addition to this, the spring action of the sofa settee was gone. Hence it mitigates the comfortability of sitting in it. Also sponges kept inside was out due to the hole near the corners. Furthermore, kitchen cupboards screws were very loose hence it is hard to close the drawers and the cabinets.
I would like to suggest some suitable ideas to rectify the damages occurred in the furniture. First priority is given to cupboards, which have a problem in the locks. So new locks have to be purchased and fix it. Next to this, insert the springs and fill cotton to the sofa settee in order to make them cozy setting. And finally, tighten the screws of kitchen cabinet and drawers. Kindly do the needful.
I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Kalyani Kutty.
