Dear Tom,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad condition of furniture in the accommodation we rented from you. Me and my family is living in this house from last five years. But condition of some furniture is not good. Seats of sofas are eaten by rats. the cloth of furniture is tear off from many places. The condition is too bad that we can not even sit on it. Some of chairs available in the house are broken and some chairs need repaire. Our financial condition is not very good. So we are unable to buy new sofa and repaire chairs.

You know maintainence charges are included in the flat rent. I request you to kindly replace the broken chairs and sofa with new ones. Kindly get repaire the rest of chairs as soon as possible.

I hope you will understand our situation and take immediate action.
