Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

My name is Mahmoud Ahmed who rented the apartment no 5 -3rd floor. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture in the flat.

Two weeks ago, I rented the flat and did not notice that most of the furniture is worn off. Having using it so far, I discovered that dining table is broken as well as the bed in my room make noises when I try to sleep on it. You can imagine how this made me very disappointed as I did not expect that a flat with such high price would have all of these issues.

It would be great if you could change the furniture with new one or at least a good second handed-one and I would like this to happen in no more than a week.

I hope you address this matter promptly and I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
