Dear Mr Gazeley,

I hope this letter find you well.

My name is John,recently joined for a English course in your esteemed institution.I am writing this letter to complain regarding the inconveniences facing by me for the accomodation provided from you.

I applied for single room with attached bathroom.I also mentioned that a separate study table and chair.Unfortunately,I was given a dormitory ,where I need to share room and washroom with four others.Moreover,there is single table and chair for for all of us to study.I can’t believe how it is possible to share these furnitures.Apart from this my room mates are quite noisy.Consequently I am unable to concentrate on studies.

I thought of I was giving a separate room with a bathroom inside and individual study table and chair,which is fully furnished.

I hope you will consider my problem and allow a new room consists of all my preferences.
