Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. This Friday I could finally see the apartament that you arranged for me and I found an unfortunate situation.

When I walked in, I could sense a strong smell of cat urine and I saw that some windows are broken and they are impossible to close. This situation affects negatively my concentration and the study envirement.

Acording to a last communication, I thought the accomodation was going to be better in terms of security and hygiene and now I find a disappointing place in comparison to the photos and videos shown in your website.

Could you please solve this situation for me? It would be nice if you can get a professional cleaner and a builder for the windows so they can recover the order and make this place more friendly to live.
