Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this email with regards to the living arrangements provided by the College. As per our previous discussion, I was supposed to assign a private room and 3 times meal a day. However, a sharing room was allocated for me.

It was confirmed on the day of admission that each student will get their own room and will also get free meal. Administration also informed me about public transit at walking distance before enrollment, but there was no public transit nearby when I looked up on google map.

So, I kindly request to manage my accomodation as per our discussion so that my short stay over there become manageable while I am studying the course. I would really appreciate if you can find a place with nearby public transit and library as well.
