Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Paul and I am joining your university for master’s degree next year. I writing this letter to enquire about the accommodation provided by the college.

A friend of mine has recommended the college Hall of Residence for the accommodation during the period of my studies. Thus, I certainly would like to have a single room if possible. I am the kind of person of likes to focus on his studies. Therefore, I would prefer the private room if available.

Can you tell me what kind of diet options are available at the hostel? I am a vegetarian. Hence, I would prefer that you have sufficient options in your menu. Moreover, I do not have any allergies so I would be fine as long as you have vegetarian diet available.

Furthermore, can you guide me if you are not able to provide the suitable accommodation to me? I would not mind to stay at a different place as long as alternative location is near to college and has vegetarian diet.
