Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to cessation of our musical group’s practice in the community hall.

For the last five months, we have been practicing our songs at the hall on Tuesday and Friday evenings and it was fantastic. However, yesterday, I was informed by the guard that we are no longer allowed to have these days again.

This news made all of us very disappointed since have much to offer to our community. Most of our shows are for the charity, and we usually visit different hospitals and play some music to lighten the mode of the patients. Additionally, we play in surprise birthday parties for orphans for free.

It would be very helpful if you could let us practice in different days, perhaps Saturday and Sunday. I believe this matter requires your urgent attention.
