Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to ask you why we cannot use the community hall again.

Firstly, I really confused about this. My group always meets at the community hall to practise together, we are even always open to the public if they want to learn about music. We will also fill the event this week about fundraising events for the orphan children.

It is really good for the community because we can be socializing together and talk about upcoming events in the future. We also make this community center come alive again, and many childrens are interested to our group and i think that a good influence for them. However, we cannot do it anymore.

I would like to suggest you an alternative days for us to practice at the community hall, how about Saturday and Sunday evenings? Because I think many people will come at the time.
