Band 5+: You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings to practise in the community hall. You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall. Write a letter to the manager. In the letter: describe what the group does explain why the group is good for the community suggest alternative days and times for practice You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Manager of community hall,

I am writing to you to inform you all about our group because we recently have been told that it will no longer possible for us to use the same hall and request if there could other alternative days so our activity continue.

Infact Sir, The group does music as one of the favorite activities entertained by youth or old people. We do have two categories. One is for teenager and onother one is for old young people. We normally do have two bands which practice every tuesday and friday to differents hours. So that is how we normally do.

The group has been important to the community through improvement of socialization. For instance through the concerts, we organize once in quarter we raise money to fund to sponsor elderly houses in our community, paying taxes, and most of all entertain people during their free time. In addition to that, young people no longer have time to engage in drugs and other abusive activities since they are enrolled in our group.

We suggest that, if there other activities that may conflict whith our program, We will be appreciative to give us anonther day and times of your choice so we can continue to prevent our children.
