It is obvious that my restaurant is not in excellent condition, and that is the reason why this place was not satisfying your desires. In other words, the member of staff responsible for your inconvenience has been removed from the list of waiters and is now working in the kitchen department, where contact with guests is unlikely. He has been educated to improve this attitude as well. Additionally, the current staff has undergone training to avoid similar circumstances in the future.
As a gesture of goodwill and as a means of compensation, I would be thankful if you would have a meal with me in the restaurant. Apart from that, you will be given a voucher, meaning that you can have a meal at any time, and it is not charged to you.
