Dear Mr.Shahriyor

I am writing to express my nicecere apologize for the poor service and to clarify the reasons for this.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not provide good service, which I am truly sorry.

To be specific about the reason, I was a delay of almost one hour that prevented me from being in the work. In other words, according to my personal plan, I was supposed to arrive at the work on time, but heavy traffic congestion on the main rood served as a main obstacle for me to do so, causing me to miss to work on the day.

To rectify the situation, I am planning to as a gesture of good will and as a means of compensation, I would like to offer you a free meal for four people at my restaurant. You may use the enclosed voucher at any time and for any meal.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused by not being in the work, and I would appreciate your understanding for that matter.

I look forward to hearing from you.
