Dear Sir

I am writing to inform you about the worst condition of your gym from last few months.The instruments are not being up-to date and their should be some instructor to instruct us but unfortunately it dosenot happened.

The major problem in the gym was the electronic instrument that are not working properly and some of them are out of order. The timming of gym was not flexible and i missed many of my workout due to this reason.

I would not be available before 6 pm and gym was oftenly closed at 7 pm so the time was too short to approched it. I already discussed this issue before joining your gym.

I would be aprreciate your positive step towards my letter and kindly take action as per your early convinence.
