Dear Sir,

Hope you are well. I am a trader in the marketing department. I’m writing this letter to inform you that I need to take three days off to grieve my mother’s passing. What’s more, my children are so affected by their loss that they can’t even sleep. Therefore, I’m expected to pull them together as well. Now that we’re all morning, we need to stick by each other to be able to go through this tough time. While I’m away, my colleague Mr. Rezae could be in charge of taking care of things on my behalf. In fact, I’ve also persuaded him to put an end to the project I was working on as well. According to the fact that we reached an impasse and no task will be neither neglected nor postponed, I sincerely hope that you wouldn’t mind my absence. Thanks for understanding.
