I am writing to you to inform you that the TV which I ordered from you does not work suitably.
I am Susan Taylor from Glasgow, my partner code is F64312. I tried to inform your customer service about my problem on telephone but unfortunately, I get merely a promise that they will report this for the colleague of service who will come to me to examine the problem after a making appointment. However, I have not heard about them since then.
Previously, I have already bought various devices from you on several occasions, and until now, I have never had any problem with those products which I ordered through your website. Therefore, I was almost shocked, when I found out that the TV, which I purchased on the 26th of July and was delivered yesterday, is wrong. It cannot be set automatically, only manually. In addition, this cannot find numerous channels, and it cannot record the others in its memory.
Therefore, I expect for you to replace this with another one or to refund its full price. At the same time, based on my previous good experience, I strongly believe that you will solve this problem as soon as possible.
