Dear community centre.

I recently attended a course at your community centre. On Tuesday 5th of December from 6:30pm to 7pm. And I have to say that I’m not happy about it at all.

I was excited to go there. Thought I’m gonna meet new people and learn. Straight away the building looked old outside and inside, like no one even cared about it. You can’t imagine how cold it was inside, even tho I was wearing a warm hoodie.

On the table where I sat there were 6 other people. I said hello to everyone, but no one cared. The course had to start at 6:30pm, but the teacher came 5 minutes late. When we finally started the lesson, I had a question to ask, so I put my hand up. But he just ignored me. I felt so embarrassed and left out at the same time!! The teacher didn’t even care about the students. So rude and disrespectful! Everyone just sat there quietly. No one talked during the course! I thought that it’s a course where you have to communicate with other people. As you promised!

I’m really disappointed! Especially about the teacher that didn’t care about anyone, it felt like he doesn’t want to be there.

I came there to learn. But I learned nothing apart from how to be left out!

I suggest you to change the teacher, so everyone feels equal. And make the course more fun, add some activities. So everyone can communicate.
