Dear Mr. Brown,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction over the Arabic language course I am currently undertaking at ‘The Smart Language’ institution. I enrolled at your academy after hearing some positive reviews from my close friend who learned French at the training centre. I have always been interested in learning Arabic since I plan to relocate to Qatar soon. However, my experience thus far has been definitely below the quality of teaching I expected.
I started my lessons exactly a fortnight ago. While the initial lectures on basic Arabic terms and vocabulory by Mr Raj were satisfactory, the lectures’ quality deteriorated soon after. Initially, the tutors missed a few sessions, followed by cutting short the teaching time. Over the next few days, several temporary tutors conducted the classses that broke the rhythm and flow of our learning as every tutor had a unique style of teaching. Furthermore, the classes lacked learning discipline, no one examined the assignments, and there were no weekly exams as stated in the brochure.
Considering the poor-quality lectures I have experienced at the training centre, I request you to promptly look into the matter. I also suggest you to hire professional and permanent tutors to teach the said language. This will ensure the students keep learning in the right direction.
I sincerely hope you will take the right actions to improve the course.
Yours sincerely,
Ira Shaikh.
