Dear Ms. Johnson,
I am one of the students enrolled in your accounting classes and I have been attending your evening course for two months already. I am writing this letter to inform you that this would be my last week in class because I am afraid that I cannot finish the course anymore due to personal reasons.
As you know, I am currently in a complicated situation with my parents as we are not in good terms. This unfortunate circumstance has pushed me to move out from the house and quit on depending for financial support. This would only be possible if I devote my time and energy in my existing full-time job and minimize my expenses.
Although greatly beneficial for my future, being enrolled in your evening course has incurred an additional expense which I cannot independently sustain as of the moment. In addition, the sudden change of priorities has also affected my daily schedule. Instead of attending the 4-hour evening course every day, I have decided to temporarily work as part-time in a convenience store nearby for additional income.
However, my withdrawal from your course is only a temporary solution. Once I save enough money for school and become financially stable, I will try my best to enroll in the online course, so that it would be less expensive and offers a flexible schedule.
I am grateful for all your teachings and I hope you would consider my current situation. I am looking forward to hearing your response.
Yours sincerely,
Bini Aiah
